CC Solutions is adding two full time A-player members to our Boston Acquisitions Team.

MISSION FOR ACQUISITION SPECIALISTS

 

To acquire 8 properties within 1 year by submitting offers on many properties through communication and relationship building with real estate agents.  And to bring in A player prospects to join the CC Solutions MA team.

OUTCOMES

"LOCK UP" 12 PROPERTIES IN 1 YEAR

Make 220 agent calls by the end of month three regarding specific properties

while building a relationship with each agent

Submit 100 offers by the end of month three

​

Get 3 properties under contract by the end of month three

Get 14 properties under contract by the end of year one

 

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Make 60 agent calls by the end of month one with no specific property in mind to build the

relationship and inquire about current and upcoming listings

Make 210 agent calls by the end of month three with no specific property in mind to build

the relationship and inquire about current and upcoming listings.

Pay

  • 10% of profit from each rehab deal that you put under contract

  • Profit on rehab deals generally range from $35,000-$250,000

  • 33% of profit from each wholesale deal that you put under contract

  • Profit on wholesale deals generally range from $8,000-$20,000

  • $1,000 bonus on first 3 deals upon purchase of the property

  • Monday – Friday

  • Daily Huddle starts at 9:00AM

  • Can leave when offers for the day have been sent out

TEAM CULTURE

CC Solutions is focused on developing our team members professionally and personally.  To stay true to this concept we have weekly Team Education presentations, which are presented by each team member on a rotation.  In addition, we have weekly book club meetings where we discuss a new book each month that is selected by team members on a rotation.

 

CC Solutions emphasizes having an exciting work environment.  Celebrating successes is highly encouraged by everyone on the team.  

 

CC Solutions team members not only enjoy receiving feedback from each other; team members seek out feedback, whether it’s pertaining to a document that could use revising or a role play to work on objection handling.

 

On a weekly basis there is a weekly Team Culture Night after the workday that is centered on having fun with other members of the team.
