Since our last update, all mechanicals and utilities have been finished and inspected. We're getting ready to spray foam this week and close up the walls. In the next two weeks, we should be all boarded up and painted! The house will really take shape and we'll have a video walk-through to show you!

This charming single family is located right off the water here in Quincy. We've cleaned out the home and are framing as we speak. Siding and windows have been ordered, and HVAC roughs have been complete.
