Proposed Renderings

Unit 3 is on the market!

These two remaining units are going to hit the market in June. The painters are in touching up the units and granite is about to arrive. The floors will be polyurethaned at the very end of the project and the driveway should be paved in the next 10 days.

Our project is almost complete. We've currently pre-sold one of the three units and are working hard to lock up the other two. Hardwood floors are being wrapped up, doors and trim are mostly in, and we're working on our finish utilities next week. We're still on track to wrap up around the end of May.

We unfortunately had some back end issues that prevented us from being able to update our website on a bi-weekly basis. With that said, our project has made tremendous strides. From these photos, you can see our sheet-rock, rough plumbing and electric is done. The sprinkler system is installed and we're priming for paint.

The original building has been demolished, and all site work should be completed on the build by the end of this week. Our foundation has been poured and you can now see the footprint of the building. Refer to the rendering below to see how unit 2 and 3 will cantilever over foundation providing covered parking.

We closed on this lot June 21st, 2017. This will be our first new construction project which consists of the demolition of a single family property and the construction of a three unit condominium building with off street parking. The lot size was large enough that we could get these plans approved without any zoning relief.
